There is not another company in any field that handles
"service" like Engraving Concepts. This afternoon (after 5pm) I emailed
both Roy and Jeanette. I had a reply on my email from each of them
before the clock hit midnight. My question could have waited until the
next business day. This just goes to show how much these guys care.
This is not the first time and as a matter of fact, I am taken care of this
way each time. The service before the sale was the best, and it does not
change after the sale!

Nothing I have ever purchased has been so much more versatile than I
expected. It takes the fun out of work; we now sit around and wait on the
laser where before we were hand carving, sand blasting, hand engraving and
painting our products.

bar for customer service....we could all learn a thing or two from you!!
Use us as a reference ONLY if you want us to tell them how incredibly
wonderful Engraving Concepts has been to us. I know you folks aren't perfect
ALL the time, but the service and help I get from you has never fallen short
of that mark. Always above and beyond!!...
