January 8, 2001 Dear Mr. Brewer, I just wanted to thank you for your prompt, courteous and very professional service that your company exhibited in my recent order and purchase of a new Epilog Laser. Everything, from initial contact to delivery of the product, and especially the special trip down here by Randy Allen was extremely professional. Jeanette made all of the paperwork drill involved very easy, adapted to changes very professionally, and when you request something, it happens, immediately. Randy Allen is to be commended for extraordinary professionalism and PATIENCE in setting up and explaining the system, then painstakingly going through each step in the operation of the new equipment. He is a very bright, personable young man that not only knows his business, but has that knack for simple and easy demonstration and instruction.
