Engraving Concepts strongly recommends that your first laser be a new one instead of a used one. Here's why: used systems seldom come with a warranty or training and only limited tech support.

Also, the newer technology in the newer systems make them very attractive; that's why used lasers are available in the first place, their former owners wanted the new "bells & whistles".

Nevertheless, if your budget constrains you to consider used, we occasionally take trade-ins for the new lasers we sell.  If you don't find what you need, let us know what your requirements are.  We'll keep an eye out for a "match".
